Welcome to the palms campsite online booking system
We offer you the opportunity to relax, rest and reconnect with yourselves and to enjoy time and space so often missing from our hectic daily lives.
You can pitch your Motorhome, Campervan, Caravan or Tent on our quiet secluded pitches and just relax and breathe.
If you are bringing a tent please ensure it fits within the size permitted for the pitch selected. (Don’t forget porches & Guide ropes, plus your car). If in doubt please contact us directly.
Opening Dates
We are available for bookings 28th March 2024 - 6th October 2024.
A minimum stay policy operates in specific months:
- June: 3 Nights Minimum
- July: 5 Nights Minimum
- August: 7 Nights Minimum
- Bank Holiday weekends: 3 Nights Minimum
Should you require a shorter stay please contact us directly on info@thepalms.je to check for availability. We may not be able to advise if a pitch is available until much closer to the time.
Booking Requirements
Online bookings can be made for up to 6 people, (3 over 21’s and 3 aged 5-20) max 2 dogs and 1 unit (Motorhome, Campervan, Caravan, or Tent) on a large pitch or up to 4 people, (2 over 21’s and 2 aged 5-20) max 2 dogs and 1 unit (Motorhome, Campervan or Tent) on a medium pitch. Children under the age of 5 cannot be booked online.
If you are unable to book online for any reason please contact us directly on info@thepalms.je to see if we can accommodate you.
Children:We welcome children but please note that we do not have facilities for them. With no play area, no cycling or ball games permitted on site, children will need to be amused on your own pitch or off site.
Groups: Groups of 6 or more are not permitted.
Dogs: are permitted but must always be kept on leads and walked off site.
Visitors: are not permitted onto the Campsite however the Oasis Cafe: is open to non-residents so you are welcome to join them in the cafe.
Cars: If you bring a car with you, please ensure there is enough room to park it on your pitch. The car park is reserved for patrons of the Cafe only.
Groundsheets: must be breathable mats or eco-mats.
No plastic groundsheets or Tarpaulins can be used on our grass pitches (except integrated tent groundsheets). Awnings with sewn-in groundsheets are chargeable.
Our aim is for our guests to enjoy a bit of calm away from home. Strict quiet times after 10:30pm and before 7:30am.
Travelling from Europe to Jersey? All travellers must have a valid passport as ID cards are not accepted.
Please be aware that when you proceed with your booking you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions and our Cancellation & Refunds policies. Please ensure you read them thoroughly. We strongly suggest that you have adequate Holiday/Travel insurance to cover any eventuality.
